Add me to the list of people reevaluating the purpose of their blogs after X number of years.
Facebook, by the ease of posting news articles on it, has sucked up a certain number of items I once would have addressed here, probably in more depth.
My personal stuff is becoming more precious to me and with two kids I am even more reluctant to put stuff out there for the unrestricted access of internet weirdos.
Even the Once Notorious MySpace Blog is gathering dust due to the huge amount of spam it attracts and my own desire to rise above the petty crap that was its stated reason for being.
This thing needs a purpose to justify the time it will take to make it good.
And that’s where things stand tonight.
