You’re one of seven stranded castaways. Tough break but you’ve made the best of it.
So far.
But now the coconuts are almost gone and they’re not biting in the lagoon.
Who gets eaten first?
You need the Professor. He’s the closest thing to a doctor you’ve got and if your appendix bursts he’s your only chance at life.
Mary-Ann and Ginger have their uses and we need say no more.
Mr. Howell is loaded and if you ever get home he’ll remember who helped him get there. Or else.
The Skipper is a damn tough decision. There’s enough meat on him to last for weeks if you can ration it. But he’s also tough as nails and he’ll fight if he sees you coming. Plus, he’s the only one you can trust to pilot a boat if you can ever find one or build one out of the crap this island grows.
Gilligan. He’s tempting. A moron, useless in a fight, not much meat but he’d be an easy kill. Then again who knows what he’d do if he got backed into a corner? He’s still young and the Skipper might object. I think we all know why.
That leaves one unavoidable conclusion: Mrs. Eunice “Lovey” Wentworth Howell. Weak, well-fed (til now), produces nothing. A parasite! Just sitting there under her parasol eating food that could have kept us going a little longer! Thurston’s a businessman, he understands tough choices, the bottom line! Hell, he’ll probably be first in the chow line when it all goes down!
We’ll get Mary-Ann to do it. She lived on a farm…
